Precision carbide tooling from one point of contact.
Drills, crown drills, boring tools, thread mills, indexable systems and made-to-drawing work — specified, inspected and shipped under one process.
What we supply
Standard items ship from stock. Anything outside the catalog is quoted against a written specification and a drawing you approve before production starts.
Solid carbide drills
Thirteen series from 3×D to 30×D, Φ0.10–20 mm, through-coolant on the coolant, deep-hole and stainless series.
View sizesCrown drills
Replaceable-tip systems, Φ9–40 mm. Change the insert without pulling the body from the holder.
View sizesBoring tools
Seven series, 195 models. Internal turning, grooving, threading, back turning and face grooving in small bores.
View sizesThread milling cutters
M0.8 to M36 in single-tooth, three-tooth and full-thread forms. One cutter covers a range of sizes at the same pitch.
View sizesIndexable insert systems
Comma-type and form inserts with matched holders, including ISO, metric and Whitworth thread profiles.
View rangeEnd mills
Micro and small-diameter carbide end mills in roughing and finishing geometries.
View sizesCustom and non-standard tooling
Form tools, stepped geometries, special flute counts, PCD and modified standard tools — made to your drawing, with an inspection report against it.
How it worksFrom drawing to delivered tool
Four stages. Nothing is cut until the specification is agreed in writing.
Specification
Send a drawing, a sample, or a description of the machining problem. Material, hardness, tolerance, coating and geometry are confirmed before a price is quoted.
Drawing approval
For non-standard tooling we issue a drawing for written approval. Production does not start until you sign off.
Inspection
Every order is inspected before it ships. Sampling rates are published. Non-standard tooling ships with a report against the approved drawing.
Delivery
Stock items ship within five working days. Custom tooling runs 15 to 30 working days, with the date confirmed in writing at the time of order.
One contact, one set of terms
Most shops buy drills from one supplier, boring bars from another and custom tooling from a third. Each relationship means a separate quote, separate terms and a separate lead time. We cover all of it, including made-to-drawing work, under one specification process.

Materials we tool for
Coating and grade are selected for the workpiece rather than applied by default. Tell us the material and we will propose both.
| Material | Typical work | Usual coating |
|---|---|---|
| Nickel and cobalt superalloys | Turbine and aerospace components | TiAlSiN, AlTiN |
| Titanium and titanium alloys | Aerospace, medical | TiAlN, AlCrN |
| Stainless steel | General and food-grade parts | TiAlN |
| Hardened steel | Die and mould work | TiSiN, AlTiN |
| Cast iron | Automotive and machine bases | TiCN, TiN |
| Aluminium and non-ferrous | High-speed machining | DLC, uncoated, PCD |
Twenty pages of sizes, in one PDF
