Form tools, stepped geometries, special flute counts, PCD tooling and modified standard tools, made to your drawing.
Send a drawing, a sample, or a description of the machining problem. Where a drawing is not available, the material, the feature and the tolerance are enough to start.
What we need in order to quote

| Feature and dimensions | Diameter, depth, corner radius, thread form, profile geometry |
| Tolerance | On diameter, on form, and on surface finish where it is critical |
| Machine and holding | Spindle interface, available shank length, through-coolant pressure if used |
| Quantity and repeat interval | First order quantity and expected reorder frequency |

Non-standard tooling is produced against a drawing you approve in writing before production starts, and ships with an inspection report against that drawing.
